Please Note:

  • Shared booth rate policy - For closely related or affiliated associated member companies, the cost to share an exhibit is 50% more than the exhibit rate.
  • All booth fees must be paid prior to June 9, 2026. Any booth with an outstanding balance after this date will be considered unconfirmed and may be released.

CAEM Annual Conference Cancellation Policy

  1. CAEM Annual Conference cancellation and transfer requests must be received in writing (email).
  2. Registrations cancelled within two (2) weeks of registration being launched are eligible for a refund, free of charge, with no administration fee.
  3. Early bird rate registrations must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date, or the registration fee will revert to the regular rate.
  4. After the two (2) week refund period has passed, conference registrations are non-refundable. However, registrations may be credited toward another Signature Event, minus a $50 administrative fee.
  5. Notwithstanding the above, in extenuating circumstances such as death in the immediate family, CAEM will provide a refund of 50% of the current year’s event registration fee and a 50% credit for the following year’s event at the current year’s rate.
  6. To avoid cancellation fees, if a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, they may substitute another attendee from the same company, provided the CAEM office is notified in advance and approves the change.
