Policy on Event Cancellations and Transfers
Event cancellations must be received in writing (via email) no later than two weeks before the event. Cancellations made before this deadline will receive a refund minus an administrative fee.
Cancellations received less than two weeks from the event cannot be refunded, however can be credited for another event. In extenuating circumstances such as death in the immediate family, CAEM will provide a refund of 50% of the current year’s event registration fee and a 50% credit for the following year’s event at the current year’s rate.
