CAEM Mentorship Program 

Connection drives growth. The CAEM Mentorship Program gives you the chance to inspire, guide, and shape the next generation of leaders in Canada’s events and exposition sector. This is your opportunity to make a real impact, share your expertise, and leave a lasting mark on the industry.

How it works
The program runs for six months. Mentors commit a minimum of four hours during this period. Mentees can book up to four one-hour meetings with mentors from CAEM’s experienced pool, providing multiple opportunities to offer guidance and support. Meetings can take place in person, by phone, or virtually. Mentors and mentees also have the opportunity to connect at CAEM’s Fall Mentorship Event and Annual Conference.

Timeline

• October 8: Call for Mentors and Mentees
• October 29: Deadline for applications
• November 1: Launch Mentor profiles page for viewing
• November 19: Invite Mentees to select up to four mentors and book one hour meetings
