Attracting and Retaining Today’s Workforce
Strategies and Solutions for Navigating the Competitive Landscape

The pandemic has significantly changed the workplace and the workforce.  Competition for qualified candidates is at an unprecedented high with unfilled positions creating stress on overworked teams.

Join us on Wednesday, May 25th as we delve into this critical topic with the help of two HR professionals who are navigating these challenges on a daily basis.  Our speakers will share their vast experience, as well as offer ideas, solutions and some outside the box thinking on this pressing issue.

We fully recognize that a topic such as this offers the perfect opportunity for peer-to peer learning, therefore we will begin the session with a 30 minute presentation from our speakers and will round out the hour with breakout sessions where members can share challenges, ideas and solutions related to hiring and retaining today's workforce.
